Acceptable Use Policy

These rules apply to all creators and members using CreatorBloom.

CreatorBloom is built for legitimate creator-member communities. This policy defines prohibited behavior and content. Violations can result in content removal, account suspension, payout holds, or termination.

1. Prohibited content

Illegal content, including unlawful sexual exploitation material.
Non-consensual sexual content, doxxing, blackmail, or extortion.
Pornography and other adult content intended for sexual gratification, including sexual images, videos, audio, literature, live services, and AI-generated material.
Sexualization or exploitation of minors, grooming, and attempts to obtain sexual content from a minor.
Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or organized criminal activity.
Intellectual property infringement and unauthorized content redistribution.
Scams, deceptive earnings claims, or fraudulent fundraising.

2. Prohibited behavior

Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeted abuse.
Impersonation of people, brands, or organizations.
Attempts to bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or moderation actions.
Automated scraping or abusive bot activity without explicit permission.

3. Creator commercial conduct

Creators must clearly describe paid offerings and avoid deceptive promises.
Creators must comply with local tax, consumer, and advertising laws.
Creators are responsible for claims made to members and public audiences.
Creators must follow payment processor restrictions. An account or payout connection does not authorize a prohibited business or content category.
Optional member contact sharing is off by default and specific to each creator. Use shared contact information only for lawful purposes related to that membership and within the member's permission. Do not add it to unrelated marketing without separate permission. Protect exports and honor withdrawal, deletion and other applicable privacy rights; a prior export does not authorize unrestricted future use. Members can use the CreatorBloom inbox without sharing their account email.

4. Enforcement

Enforcement actions can include warning notices, temporary restrictions, content takedowns, permanent account termination, and referral to law enforcement where required.

5. Reporting abuse

To report violations, use in-product reporting tools when available or contact our reporting form.
