Acceptable Use Policy
These rules apply to all creators and members using CreatorBloom.

CreatorBloom is built for legitimate creator-member communities. This policy defines prohibited behavior and content. Violations can result in content removal, account suspension, payout holds, or termination.
1. Prohibited content
- Illegal content, including unlawful sexual exploitation material.
- Non-consensual sexual content, doxxing, blackmail, or extortion.
- Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or organized criminal activity.
- Intellectual property infringement and unauthorized content redistribution.
- Scams, deceptive earnings claims, or fraudulent fundraising.
2. Prohibited behavior
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeted abuse.
- Impersonation of people, brands, or organizations.
- Attempts to bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or moderation actions.
- Automated scraping or abusive bot activity without explicit permission.
3. Creator commercial conduct
- Creators must clearly describe paid offerings and avoid deceptive promises.
- Creators must comply with local tax, consumer, and advertising laws.
- Creators are responsible for claims made to members and public audiences.
4. Enforcement
Enforcement actions can include warning notices, temporary restrictions, content takedowns, permanent account termination, and referral to law enforcement where required.

To report violations, use in-product reporting tools when available or contact no-reply@creatorbloom.net.
