How to submit copyright takedown notices and counter-notices.

CreatorBloom respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, submit a notice with the information below.
1. Copyright notice requirements
Include all of the following in your notice:
- Your contact information (name, email, and mailing address).
- A description of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed.
- Direct URL(s) or precise location of infringing material on CreatorBloom.
- A statement of good-faith belief that use is unauthorized.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Submit notices
Send notices to no-reply@creatorbloom.net with subject line: DMCA Notice.
3. Counter-notice process
If your content was removed and you believe removal was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice. Include required legal statements and consent to jurisdiction where applicable.
4. Repeat infringers
We may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
5. Abuse of notices
Submitting knowingly false notices or counter-notices may expose you to liability under applicable law.
