Terms of Service

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed. If you do not agree to the Terms, do not create an account.

1. Eligibility and account security

• Accounts are available from age 13, subject to any higher minimum age or other restrictions under the law where you live. Children under 13 must not create or use an account.
• If you are under 18 or the age of legal majority where you live, review these Terms and the Privacy Policy with a parent or legal guardian and obtain their permission and involvement. Our registration declaration is not identity verification or a substitute for legally required parental consent. Do not use the service where your participation is not legally permitted.
• Purchases and creator payouts must also satisfy applicable law and payment-provider eligibility rules. A minor must involve their parent or guardian before making purchases or setting up monetization; do not provide false age or identity information.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Platform role

CreatorBloom is a software platform that helps creators publish content and manage memberships. Creators supply and describe their own content and membership benefits. CreatorBloom operates the platform. These Terms do not exclude duties that applicable law places on CreatorBloom or its operator.

3. Creator responsibility for content and offers

• Creators are responsible for the content they publish and the claims they make.
• Creators must meet the tax, legal, and regulatory obligations applicable to their activity. This does not transfer obligations that the law assigns to CreatorBloom or its operator.
• Creators must honor clearly stated benefits unless legally excused.

4. Payments and third-party processors

Payments are handled by third-party processors such as Stripe. CreatorBloom does not store full payment card numbers. Processing fees, payout timing, disputes, and chargebacks may be governed by the processor terms and applicable law.

Recurring memberships, trials, and cancellation

Paid memberships renew automatically at the price and billing interval shown in checkout until canceled. Checkout shows the amount, currency, applicable discounts or taxes, and any trial before you authorize payment. If an eligible free trial applies, paid billing begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Trial availability depends on your membership history and is confirmed at checkout.

Cancel future renewals from Dashboard → Memberships. A paid cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with access continuing until then. Cancel before the next charge to prevent renewal. A free membership can be ended immediately. Deleting a post, signing out, or removing payment details does not replace canceling the membership.

Refunds and billing problems

Cancellation does not automatically refund past charges. For a refund request, an unauthorized charge, or missing promised benefits, contact the creator or CreatorBloom support through the Legal Help page. Provide the transaction reference and account email; do not send full card details. Any refund policy stated by a creator is subject to mandatory refund, withdrawal, and other consumer rights. Nothing here waives rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

CreatorBloom currently charges creators a platform fee of 5% on paid memberships; payment processing fees may apply separately. Stripe handles connected-account onboarding and payouts. Creators must meet processor eligibility requirements and remain responsible for their applicable taxes and stated offers.

5. Prohibited activity

• Illegal content or conduct.
• Fraud, deceptive practices, impersonation, or phishing.
• Harassment, exploitation, or non-consensual sexual content.
• Malware, abuse of platform infrastructure, or attempts to bypass security.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms, law, or user safety are at risk. We may remove content and preserve records as needed for legal compliance.

7. Intellectual property

Users keep ownership of their content. By posting content, you grant CreatorBloom a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display it solely to operate and improve the service.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, earnings, audience growth, or any specific commercial outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorBloom and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CreatorBloom and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, conduct, or breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and will display the revised date. For material changes, we will provide notice and obtain acceptance where required by law. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights or change an already authorized charge without any consent required by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer protections that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, including responsibility for our own fraud or other non-excludable conduct. Any indemnification obligation applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not cover our own wrongdoing.
