By creating an account or using CreatorBloom, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility and account security

• You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Platform role

CreatorBloom is a software platform that helps creators publish content and manage memberships. CreatorBloom is not the seller of creator content and is not a party to creator-member agreements.

3. Creator responsibility for content and offers

• Creators are solely responsible for the content they publish and the claims they make.
• Creators are solely responsible for tax, legal, and regulatory compliance of their activity.
• Creators must honor clearly stated benefits unless legally excused.

4. Payments and third-party processors

Payments are handled by third-party processors such as Stripe. CreatorBloom does not store full payment card numbers. Processing fees, payout timing, disputes, and chargebacks may be governed by the processor terms and applicable law.

5. Prohibited activity

• Illegal content or conduct.
• Fraud, deceptive practices, impersonation, or phishing.
• Harassment, exploitation, or non-consensual sexual content.
• Malware, abuse of platform infrastructure, or attempts to bypass security.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms, law, or user safety are at risk. We may remove content and preserve records as needed for legal compliance.

7. Intellectual property

Users keep ownership of their content. By posting content, you grant CreatorBloom a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display it solely to operate and improve the service.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, earnings, audience growth, or any specific commercial outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorBloom and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CreatorBloom and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, conduct, or breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
